Well we still have no refund and no compromise, not even an offer to help resell their DTG Machine.
A word of caution, don’t believe YES LTD’s lies when they say “everything is fixed” and “if the same issues persist, we’ll give you your money back” as this is all LIES.

I have had exactly the same situation as you with my dtg. My machine has sat in the corner for the past 18 months, and has yet to turn out a piece of work worthy of selling.

Was this with YES LTD, they tried to proclaim in their recent mails that it’s only me having these problems.
To be honest I was sick of the them and their MOD whom also seems to talk through his back side, and contemplating legal action Vs going and seeing him personally, as what he’s done was theft based on lies making it fraud.
I feel deeply for you and know how you must feel with all that money wasted.
I just wish I’d gotten it on their credit scheme, then I’d of refused to pay it.
