Hi #######,

Your Philips Collection agency is constantly calling with automated messages, if I don't answer them, may I'm our they go onto answering machine where they can be heard by my family and friends - If my friends are round and I play the last messages wondering who there from, they get played out aloud.

This is breaking the Data Protection act, they give out my full name and inform the answer machine I have unpaid debts. If someone else had picked up the phone they could get even more information from this.

I will continue to document this shameful behaviour on-line for the world to see.

I'm hoping I don't require legal action for this breech of the data protection act.

		<description>You know I've just woken up today, and there are two lengthy voice messages on my land line phone, both automated.

Now what if I had been in shared accommodation with people I didn't want knowing my business regardless of whether it was my debt or not (which it's not).

This message told the household I owed money for a penalty, surely this breaks the Data Protection Act.

I contacted the DVLA via E-mail as this was just beyond a joke, I'm not going to paste the whole reply as it just points to a PDF file about 'What if something's gone wrong'

"Mr Broom, DVLA Customer Services Manager, has asked me to tell you that your case has been passed to the relevant section. They will reply to you within 10 working days."

So not I have at least 10 days of Philips Collection Services LTD breaking the Data Protection Act, and pester my family and me.</description>
