It just seems these guys don’t get it, honestly how hard can it be to do this job right.
Looks like I’m spending yet again more quality time on the phone complaining to the council again this week. They most certainly won’t be getting any tip this Christmas unless the tip is “Do you job properly” and they want lessons on how be a refuge collection person.

Share ThisI’ve just spoken to Doncaster complaints again about this issue, apparently it has been raised and a community first officer has spoken with zeta (I think that’s the contractor for them, or at least it sounds like she said zeta on the phone).
They should be giving me a call back today according to the young lady on the phone.
