Hi David.

The Kiosk HM1 apparently came out shortly after we got the Kiosk. Strangely enough though YES neglected to inform us of the forth coming release thus selling us a old model.

One of the guys who I've been in communication with has the HM1, he runs many prints and constantly has issues.

I'm familiar with the WIMS although I'm not sure if he has it on his machine though without asking. Do you know if this new add-on packages as default?

All the WIMS basically is, is a a vibrating tool, it just keeps shaking the ink, not sure how much it would cost to keep running though.

I'm currently looking at using another company for inks, I believe they also do a machine and although I've not tested it, you might want to look into it.

The company is Nanojet Teebrite / kisscut:- http://www.nanojetink.com

There inks are fairly priced and it's something we will be following up later on the year.

If you have time to learn then it might be best looking into screen printing, at least this way you will be able to make quality.

I still wouldn't ever recommend YES LTD, there are now more machines coming out on the market, test them and look for peoples feed back on those machines to see how they work and most importantly look at what people think to the support offered and if you find the owner of the company is abusive, rude and ignorant like the one whom runs YES LTD, then stay clear. You might also want to attend one of the 'Printware And Promotion' shows:

Please feel free to keep in touch, I'd love to hear what you decide to do and how it all goes.

Hi Helen,

I was just about to buy one of these machines Kiosk HM1, I spoke to the guy from YES ltd at a trade show, and he assured me that they have had no problems, they have developed a new system called WIMS which would stop the white ink from blocking.

I was wondering are the problems you have been having to do with the white ink blocking, or something else?

The unit this machine is very cold, and I am concerned this will also have an effect on the white ink.

Glad I saw your posting!!!

Thanks
