One And One – Pulling a fast one – Part 2

Wow, I’m really not sure what’s going on here but I’ve been having this issue with 1&1 for a few months now, but shortly after making the blog:

They contacted me and appologised (not the first time I’ve heard those magic words “Sorry” from them) and said the bills had been cancelled.

Its weird because it took so long to sort, they appeared to have no idea how to comprehend the most basic of things so I blog about it and then it’s fixed…………………………………………………………
