Just recently we’ve been looking after my brothers cat who always seems a little terrified when he first arrives at the house, perhaps that’s something to do with Oscar, our dog who loves to chase our cat aka Fluffy around the house and now Fred (Also Fluffy’s brother). Helen aptly gave him the surname of West because of his viscous streak towards Oscar.
The other week we were out shopping, Oscar and the two cats stayed in the house, upon our return we could smell GAS, one of the GAS cooker knobs had been knocked on with a fresh paw print showing in one of the pans on top of the oven. Now this could have been Fluffy (black & White cat) but the ginger fur that was left from Fred was the give away. perhaps it was his revenge on Oscar, he couldn’t bare it any more so this was the easy way out lol.
It was lucky we returned back 4 hours early that day because normally we’d be out a lot longer.
Today, a loud bang came from the front so I looked out the window half asleep and it was DHL who should have delivered a parcel yesterday but for some reason the company who sent it, put it on a special AM Saturday delivery. I then started to go back to bed after it had arrived but noticed this strong scent, it actually smelt rather like penicillin in the bedroom, I never realised it at first when I woke up but perhaps I only then noticed it because I had opened the door and breathed fresh air whilst tending to the parcel delivery. So I investigated the house and realised it was GAS again!
Little Fred West tried to blow us up again!
It was pure luck the parcel was delivered this morning, other wise the Wife and I may never have awoken again!
Fred West is on the left and Fluffy on the right (Brothers)
And Here’s Helen & Oscar, smiling for a photo!
How unfair, the newest addition to the family wasn’t even announced on here, bad humans, baaaaaad humans.
World Meet Oscar, Oscar meet world.
Oscar joined us recently as his previous loving owners were emigrating to Australia, and didn’t want to put him through all the strict quarantines which can be lengthy and stressful process for any animal so they allowed us the priliage of re-homing him, I know I hate just going through the airports so imagine how a dog feels being locked up for long periods of time.
We are delighted to have him with us, he settled in very quickly and occasionally likes to chase the cats to the bottom of the stairs, not sure how they like that though, lol.
He also loves rides in the car, amongst many other things.
